Wind Meditation Re-defined.

The wind is a form of energy, invincible yet very necessary in our day to day lives .It’s often hard to explain what wind is. It moves as we move, it moves when we stop, and that’s why no matter what we do or how fast we move, we can never catch the wind , better known as the Moving Air.

This a Guide To Wind Meditation.

Wind Meditation

Why is the sound of wind relaxing?

Overall, nature sounds were linked to a decrease in the sympathetic response (which induces the “fight-or-flight” feeling) and a rise in the parasympathetic response (also known as the “rest-digest” response), which helps the body relax and act in normal circumstances.

Wind meditation is an intuition that is build within you and the wind , an imagery that connects with the freedom ,the support and the removal of obstacles that air gifts you. Connecting with your inner kid, finding a new spirit helper, and surrendering to the universal rhythm of the Universe are all ways to find play-full-ness. Air purifies your life and your resources. As you trust what happens before you, enjoy the many gifts and lessons that the wind has to give. To completely align your being with the elements, listen to the sequence of intuitive fire, water, earth, and wind meditations.

What is the sound of wind called?

  • Spiritual

Visualization is a form of meditation or intention-based practice in which you imagine a particular experience or cultivate feelings like gratitude, forgiveness, and attachment. This form of meditation goes hand in hand with wind meditation as the wind sweeps away all the negative thoughts from your mind as you visualize your inner wellness and the heart of forgiveness.

  • Shamanism

Shamanism is the oldest spiritual activity known to man. It is a healing practice and belief system focused on our bond with nature that dates back over 100,000 years. It argues that spirit powers pervade the visible universe. Many indigenous tribes recognize Shamans as spiritual and ceremonial leaders and practice it. Shamans perform soul retrievals, access divine knowledge, and assist deceased spirits in crossing over by using meditative practices such as drumming, singing, wind and dancing to mediate between the spirit world and our life.
